Teen Topanga : Review

The tour of Teen Topanga features a great design, with a green and lilac theme that stands it aside from its competition. No pink or baby blue here, thank goodness. But what really makes Teen Topanga memorable is the youth and innocent looks of this all-but-innocent teenie. Topanga is undoubtedly a delight to look at, and her videos are as sexy as they come... except...

Except that their size is just too small. Maximum dimensions of Topanga`s videos is just 400x300. Their quality is good, and you can tell whoever did the videotaping knew what they`re doing, but the size really leaves a lot to be desired.

Two resolutions are available, 768K and 386K, which makes me wonder when this site was created. Those were the resolutions popular about 5 years ago, while right now we deal in MBPS not KBPS. Since there are no dates anywhere on the site, not even on the updates, it`s hard to tell, so please don`t quote me on that one.

Movies are offered full (anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes total) and by the scene (about 3 minutes long each), and you can choose between MPEG and WMV. All videos are downloadable, and there is no DRM in place, so you can not only download to your heart`s content, but keep on watching them over and over for years to come from your hard drive.

If you use a browser other than Internet Explorer, don`t even bother. To watch the movies that Teen Topanga has to offer you need to be browsing via IE. Other than that, the rest of the site seems to be compatible with all browsers.

Updates on the site seem to alternate between movies and photos, and the result is a current total of 49 movies and 45 photosets. The latter include about 60 images each, and their quality is superb. Photo size is 1280x960 throughout the site, and I`m certain you will love them... not only are they clear, and generously sized, but they leave nothing to the imagination.
